I’m an investor and former corporate development and finance executive with experience across M&A, strategic finance, investor relations, and public-company analysis. My background has given me the opportunity to evaluate businesses from both sides of the table: as an operator responsible for strategy, execution, and capital allocation, and as an investor assessing business quality, risk, and valuation.

I created The Mission Critical Investor to publish independent public-market research on education and workforce training, defense, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, aerospace, energy, and other high-stakes sectors where failure is not an option.
